By booking online, you agree to the Appointment Cancellation Policy and No Show Policy at New Day Wellness LLC:
Late Cancellation: cancelling less than 24 hours prior to appointment time, but at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellation Fee: * 1st time late cancellation: patient will be charged 10% of value of service of their appointment * 2nd time and onward late cancellation: patient will be charged 20% of value of service of their appointment
No Show Policy: No Show: patient did not show up to their scheduled appointment and they also did not reach out to cancel their appointment. A no show includes if a staff member from New Day Wellness LLC contacts patient at or after their appointment time. Even if patient is reachable to the staff, it is still considered a no show.
No Show Fee: * 1st time no show: patient will be charged 50% of value of service of their appointment. Patient will not be able to reschedule an appointment until this is paid. If this is the patient’s first visit, the patient’s ability to book online will be disabled until the patient speaks to a staff member from New Day Wellness LLC. * 2nd time no show: patient will be charged 100% of value of service of their appointment and they will be dismissed as a patient from New Day Wellness LLC.

In Energy Work, Dr. Chesten Cantrell is a certified Reiki Master and certified in 13th Octave LaHoChi.
Reiki is a healing technique that originated in Japan. Reiki, which means “spiritually guided life force energy”, is a laying of hands healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy to the patient by means of touch to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
“LaHoChi is a powerful hands on healing technique that brings in a very high frequency of light. The “La” in LaHoChi refers to the Light, Love and Wisdom coming from the Christ frequency or higher. The “Ho” means the movement of this energy, and the “Chi” is universal life force. Mind-Body Techniques are various stress-reduction methods that help treat behavioral and physical conditions by identifying and addressing unhealthy subconscious patterning and replacing them with healthy subconscious patterns. Some of the mind-body techniques utilized are: styles mentioned in "Revealing Your Diamond", Life Coaching, and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
Life coaching is someone who encourages and empowers a person to tackle challenges that are currently preventing the person from reaching their goals and from living a fulfilled life.
The definition of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a framework of ideas, methods, strategies, and principles that can be used to enhance self-development and help move a person towards complete personal transformation.
